Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, and update statuses.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Follow safety policies, ensure professional appearance, protect assets, and complete required paperwork.
