Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across facilities. The role emphasizes staff management, ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in housekeeping with leadership exposure, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate teams while coordinating with front desk and maintenance for seamless service

Formación

• 3–5 years of housekeeping operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in training, motivating, and managing diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic budgeting principles.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular inspections and occasional cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Certification or training in housekeeping management or hospitality operations is highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient completion of cleaning tasks and maintenance duties
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet company standards and guest expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, and maintain accurate records of usage
• Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage and operational continuity
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance issues, coordinating solutions with relevant departments
• Maintain detailed cleaning schedules and checklists for all areas of the facility
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with local standards and company policies
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including occupancy rates, staffing levels, and budget expenditure
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations
