Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Fund Management Senior Analyst to join our finance operations. You will review NAV files for hedge funds and private equity funds and drive data aggregation and reporting accuracy.

In this role you will collaborate with Client Service and Fund Reporting teams, support feeder fund audits, and help implement KPIs and automated workflows to improve efficiency. A finance background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline.
1–3 years of hedge fund/private equity experience preferred.
Experience working with large data sets is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files.
Aggregate, compile, and normalize large investor data sets (positions, transactions).
Ensure data integrity for standardized and customizable reporting.
Work with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal departments.
Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit.
Assist in implementing and tracking KPIs.
Assist in developing efficient processes and automation with technology teams.
Develop, implement and maintain procedures.
Ensure timely delivery of all reports.
