Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Fund Management Senior Analyst to join our finance operations. You will review NAV files for hedge funds and private equity funds and drive data aggregation and reporting accuracy.

In this role you will collaborate with Client Service and Fund Reporting teams, support feeder fund audits, and help implement KPIs and automated workflows to improve efficiency. A finance background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hedge fund/private equity experience preferred.
• Experience working with large data sets is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files.
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large investor data sets (positions, transactions).
• Ensure data integrity for standardized and customizable reporting.
• Work with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal departments.
• Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit.
• Assist in implementing and tracking KPIs.
• Assist in developing efficient processes and automation with technology teams.
• Develop, implement and maintain procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of all reports.
• Additional responsibilities based on capacity and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files prepared by a third party administrator
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data including investor positions and transactions, such as commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, etc.
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Work closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal Customer Departments
• Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit
• Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or Financial Management or a related discipline preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably with hedge fund and/or private equity industry experience Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
• Experience working with large sets of data a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot TablesJr. Fund Reporting Analyst, Fund Reporting Analyst I and Fund Reporting Analyst II
• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
