Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Lead to drive financial excellence across Private Equity funds. You will supervise a team of fund accountants, ensure data integrity, and deliver top-tier client service while implementing process improvements to optimize accounting ecosystems.

The role requires 5+ years in fund accounting with PE experience, strong leadership, and the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting or fund administration, Private Equity focus.
• 1–3 years direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculation and reconciliations with fund admins and custodians.
• Review allocations of income/expenses across partner accounts and statements.
• Lead complex Private Equity lifecycles: capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, waterfalls, carried interest.
• Manage month-end close, quarter- and year-end financial statements, audit readiness.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement SOPs to improve delivery speed and accuracy.
• Lead adoption of new accounting tools and workflows across the team.
• Provide data-driven PE metrics (IRR, valuations, TVPI/RVPI/DPI) to fund managers.
• Define and monitor team KPIs and ensure on-time deliverables.
