Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. You will coordinate with Finance leadership and hospital operations to implement compliant accounting processes and strong internal controls.

The role requires CPA certification, 3+ years of supervisory experience in accounting, and hands-on BizBox and Excel skills, with onsite work in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Qualifications

• CPA with an active or valid license.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare environments.
• Hands-on experience with BizBox Hospital Information System.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets, schedules, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and supported.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, including supervisors and staff.
• Review transactions, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial and management reports and schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable, payable, billing, cashiering, collections, and related activities.
• Coordinate with hospital departments on billing, payments, and documentation.
