Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting department in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closes, and ensuring internal controls across billing, cashiering, and clinical operations.

You will supervise staff, drive financial analysis, and coordinate with the Finance Director on budgets and tax compliance, with duties primarily onsite and extended hours during critical monthly closings.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA with hospital/healthcare accounting exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting.
• Hands-on proficiency with BizBox Hospital Information System.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff including supervisors across Billing, Cashiering, and general accounting functions.
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting, monthly close, reconciliations, and audit prep.
• Utilize BizBox HIS to streamline patient billing, revenue tracking, inventory valuation, and expense monitoring.
• Enforce strict financial controls and cross-functional collaboration between clinical, billing, cashiering, and finance teams.
• Collaborate with Finance Director on budget monitoring, cash flow, and tax compliance.
• Be ready to extend hours to meet monthly closing deadlines.
