Our Clients in Calabarzon is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for a healthcare organization. The role will lead the accounting team, ensure reliable financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls to support sound financial management.

This onsite role requires CPA, at least 3 years supervising accounting staff, and hands-on experience with BizBox Hospital Information System. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of hospital accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting.
• Healthcare/hospital accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with BizBox Hospital Information System.
• Strong Excel skills and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team and staff (billing/cashiering).
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and schedules.
• Review transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Oversee billing, collections, and cashiering processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial concerns.
