Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department in Cabuyao, Laguna. This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in healthcare finance.

You will manage monthly closes, financial reporting, audits, and ensure internal controls, while coordinating with the Finance Director on budget, cash flow, and tax compliance. Flexibility to extend hours during critical periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA licensed and in good standing.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, diagnostic center, or medical group accounting.
• Hands-on BizBox Hospital Information System experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory accounting experience; management experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting department operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff across Billing, Cashiering, and general accounting.
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting, monthly closes, reconciliations, and audits.
• Utilize BizBox HIS to streamline patient billing, revenue tracking, inventory valuation, and expenses.
• Enforce financial controls and cross-functional processes with clinical ops, billing, cashiering, and finance.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director on budget, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
• Extend hours as needed to meet monthly closing deadlines.
