Job summary

Dexis invites a Senior Health Policy and Financing Advisor to work with the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) on advancing Universal Health Care financing reforms, TB integration, and health security within primary care networks. The role embeds within PHIC’s Office and reports to the President/CEO’s review team.

You will liaise with DOH TB programs, PHIC units, and national partners to ensure timely policy development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant work experience in health policy and/or programs implementation (TB, infectious diseases, health emergencies).
• At least three years in a health government agency focused on policy/program implementation.
• Strong policy development, analytic writing, stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Support PHIC in timely delivery of policies within focus areas of primary care, TB services, and GHS preparedness.
• Collaborate with policy units to monitor progress, align timelines, and flag risks.
• Prepare briefers and presentations for PHIC officials on policy progress including TB and GHS policies.
• Coordinate with DOH TB Program and other TB/GHS partners to align financing policies with priorities.
