Job summary

World Health Organization Philippines seeks a national health financing expert to provide technical assistance in policy analysis, health financing analytics, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, and the development and implementation of priority health financing initiatives in collaboration with DOH, PhilHealth, and other key partners.

The consultant supports reforms to accelerate Universal Health Care, strengthen financial protection, and promote strategic purchasing.

Qualifications

• Essential: Strong technical expertise in health financing, including financial protection and reforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including policy briefs and reports.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders across government and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in policy analysis, health financing analytics, stakeholder engagement, and evidence generation.
