Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Strategic Communications Advisor to support the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) under the LEAP Global program. The role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy for the Contributory Linked Incentive, including TB/GHS messaging and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in strategic communications, strong English and Filipino writing skills, and experience managing national campaigns in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in communication strategy development and project management.
• Experience conceptualizing and running national communication campaigns in the Philippines.
• Master’s degree such as communications, public health, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Work adaptability, tight deadlines, and ability to balance multiple work streams.
• Regional experience in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan for the Contributory Linked Incentive program.
• Coordinate with the Agency's information/communications department to monitor progress and flag risks.
• Coordinate with DOH TB Program, local government units, and TB and GHS partners for messaging consistency.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by PHIC’s Office of the President and CEO.
