Job summary

Customer.io is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead targeted, high-quality sourcing for Sales, CX, Marketing, and Ops roles. This individual contributor will own end-to-end recruiting, build specialized candidate lists, and engage passive candidates who aren’t actively job searching.

You will partner with GTM hiring managers, calibrate market expectations, and use AI tools to accelerate search while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and timely closes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in GTM roles.
• Track record of personally sourcing and closing the majority of hires via outbound outreach.
• Experience owning 10+ concurrent GTM searches with a measurable time-to-fill.
• Direct sourcing across at least two GTM functions: Sales, CX, Marketing, or Operations.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor without a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly.
• Build targeted search strategies for open, hard-to-fill GTM roles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from candidate list to offer and close.
• Collaborate with GTM hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles to market.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to offer.
• Provide market insights on GTM talent and compensation.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen search strategy and speed up sourcing.
