Job summary

Birches Group LLC. in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to drive business development, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into paying customers.

You will work within our Business Development unit to expand revenue from Health of the Survey programs and establish strategic partnerships. The role requires proven sales experience, English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to communicate value to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues impacting the utility and delivery of Community Market survey data to the client.
• Grow participation by expanding client engagement into broader geographic partnerships and converting leads into customers.
• Support market research & analysis by forming strategic alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations.
• Initiate contact with qualified leads and establish relationships through effective communication and engagement.
• Secure sales from new partnerships and alliances, and from niche sectors aligned to delivery timelines and priorities.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and recommend changes.
