Birches Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Francophone) to sustain and grow revenue from Health of the Survey programs through targeted client engagement and converting leads into customers.

The role requires a University Degree, fluency in English and French, and proven sales experience; you will build partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• University Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skils.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues impacting utility and delivery of Community Market survey data to clients, and how clients use data to increase relevance of products and refine engagement.
• Grow participation in Community Market surveys by expanding client engagement into broader geographic partnerships, and by converting leads into customers within the designated scope.
• Support market research & analysis by forming strategic alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations that create mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Initiate contact with qualified leads and establish relationships through effective communication and engagement; utilize networking events, industry conferences, emails, or social media to build trust and credibility.
• Secure sales from new partnerships and alliances, and from niche sectors aligned to delivery timelines, production schedules, and priorities of technical teams.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and recommend changes to strengthen overall team engagement capacity.
