Job summary

WR Advisory Group is looking for a highly driven and strategic Lead for Business Development to support growth across its practices and service offerings, in the Philippines and international markets.

This role will work closely with the President & Chief Executive Officer to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth initiatives, cultivate high-value client and strategic partnerships, and translate executive-level relationship building into measurable revenue growth and brand equity.

Qualifications

Five years in business development or marketing (or related).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
Strong written and spoken English with presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and end-to-end execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities across WR Advisory Group's practices, products, and services.
Develop growth strategies and go-to-market plans.
Cultivate high-value client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Support executive-level business development and relationship-building initiatives.
Measure performance with analytics and reporting to guide decisions.
