Workiz Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to own paid acquisition for Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll manage a significant monthly budget, set CAC/ROAS targets with Sales, and scale full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.

You’ll build dashboards in Tableau, ensure accurate tracking with GTM, pixels, and conversion APIs, and continually test new channels and formats to drive growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing, managing large monthly budgets in a B2B or high-growth environment.
• Proven, hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and newer advertising channels — you’ve actually built and optimized campaigns, not just briefed an agency.
• Strong, comfortable-in-the-data analytical skills — you build the dashboard, you don’t just read the one someone hands you.
• A genuine owner mentality: you treat the budget like it’s your own money, you don’t wait to be told what to test next, and you’re accountable for the number, not just the activity.
• An outside-the-box thinker who challenges the standard playbook and isn’t afraid to bet on an unconventional channel or format.
• A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment where priorities shift.
• Sharp communication skills — able to turn performance data into a clear, honest story for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels — including AI-driven ad surfaces — managing a significant monthly budget end to end.
• Setting and owning CAC, and ROAS targets in partnership with sales, and being the single point of accountability for acquisition performance.
• Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion.
• Reporting and attribution — building dashboards in Tableau and analytics tools that turn raw data into decisions, and keeping HubSpot data clean from click to closed revenue.
• Owning tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs) so measurement stays accurate as privacy and platform changes keep shifting the ground.
• Constantly testing new channels, formats, and creative angles — bringing ideas that go beyond the standard growth playbook.
• Partnering with creative, product marketing, and sales to keep acquisition strategy aligned with broader company growth goals.
