Job summary

Franchise Ready is seeking a hands-on digital growth specialist to own the journey from search through to qualified sales opportunities. You will combine performance marketing, CRO, CRM automation, and AI-powered discovery to optimise campaigns, landing pages and pipelines for international clients.

The role reports to the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist and involves managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more, with fully remote work from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Independent Contractor for international clients (Australian/American/UK).
• 5+ years in hands-on digital growth, performance marketing or demand generation.
• Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, plus LinkedIn Ads and retargeting.
• Proven CRO experience across landing pages, forms, funnels and A/B testing.
• Strong CRM and marketing automation experience, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture, reporting and integrations.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs and server-side tracking.
• Experience with Zapier/Make/webhooks or API-based integrations.
• Ability to connect campaign performance to qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Advanced daily use of AI for research, content, analysis and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and retargeting.
• Manage tracking, audiences, budgets, tests and lead-quality optimisation.
• Improve landing pages, forms, CTAs and conversion paths.
• Run CRO experiments using A/B tests, behavioural analytics and funnel data.
• Administer HubSpot and GoHighLevel pipelines, data and integrations.
• Build workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture and handover automations.
• Maintain attribution and dashboards linking marketing to pipeline outcomes.
• Improve SEO through content and technical optimisation.
• Develop AEO and GEO initiatives for AI-powered discovery.
• Use AI tools for research, campaigns, analysis and automation.
