Job summary

Lago is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for remote collaboration across the Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. The role focuses on designing and iterating data-driven growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain customers across the funnel.

You will own testing programs, analyze funnel metrics, and partner with product/creative teams to scale successful channels. Salary is USD and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a data-driven marketing role.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and interpretation of metrics.
• Experience running structured A/B tests and experimentation programs.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Hands-on experience with multiple growth channels (paid, SEO, email, referrals).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
• Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using structured frameworks like ICE or PIE.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, and SEO.
• Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and address them with growth strategies.
• Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, creative, onboarding, and emails.
• Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams on cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Monitor and report growth KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel conversion.
• Build dashboards to track key growth metrics and experiment results.
• Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics.
• Present experiment findings and growth insights with clear recommendations.
