D2B is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to own our marketing engine, bridging growth strategy with hands-on execution across SEO, paid ads, CRM automation, and multi-channel campaigns.

You will build in-house capabilities, optimize content and CRM workflows, and drive high-converting leads for premium outdoor products. Australian business hours and cross-border collaboration are expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of demonstrable digital marketing experience at senior level (Strategist/Growth Marketer/Digital Marketing Manager).
• Experience independently managing five-figure ad budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with measurable ROI/ROAS.
• Strong SEO competence with top rankings for high-intent keywords.

• SEO & Organic Growth: audit and execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to secure dominant Google rankings.
• Paid Performance & Demand Gen: manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with end-to-end budget accountability.
• Website Architecture, UX & Technical Oversight: lead pre-launch QA, optimize UX, responsiveness and conversion paths; oversee CMS updates.
• CRM, Automation & Lead Nurturing: implement and optimize automated lead workflows in Odoo CRM; ensure data hygiene and journey attribution.
• Campaign Strategy & Creative Production: design seasonal roadmaps, campaigns, multi-channel launch strategies and cross-channel copy/assets.
• Print Production & Event Collateral: coordinate print collateral for expos and promotions, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analytics, Attribution & Commercial Reporting: establish dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with revenue-focused optimizations.
