The role focuses on revenue growth in fintechs, crypto platforms, digital banks, and regulated financial institutions, with potential to develop and lead a regional sales team over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales within financial services, fintech, or regtech.
• Strategic commercial thinker capable of building systematic pipeline and account penetration for large, complex accounts.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML or compliance technology; platform sales experience preferred.
• Experience with crypto or blockchain clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across APAC.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, especially in crypto and fintech sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to deliver tailored KYC solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to guide leadership.
• Represent ADVANCE.AI at industry events and conferences.
