Job summary

Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV metrics.
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with objectives (ROI/ROAS).
Plan and manage advertising budgets to maximize growth.
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, and YouTube.
Optimize campaign structures, bidding, audience targeting, keywords, and remarketing.
Maintain keyword libraries and audience signals to improve performance.
Continuously improve campaign performance to maximize ROAS and conversions.
Configure GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
Analyze performance and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
Design and run A/B tests on ad copy, assets, landing pages, bids, and audiences.
Monitor health and resolve issues related to attribution, tracking, and Quality Score.
Collaborate with Creative, Design, Product, CRM, BI, Data Analytics, and Engineering.
