Private Advertiser is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist for a long‑term, full‑time remote role. You’ll own and optimize multi‑account campaigns across Google Ads, GA4, and CRM integrations for US clients, with emphasis on lead quality and strategic growth.

We expect 4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience, strong lead generation and the ability to own accounts independently while collaborating with a paid media team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience.
• Strong lead‑generation experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search, bidding and optimization.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience evaluating lead quality using call‑tracking and/or CRM data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.
• Building and restructuring campaigns based on search intent, services, geography and business goals.
• Analyzing search terms, keywords, match types, bidding strategies, budgets and campaign structure.
• Identifying wasted spend and opportunities to improve performance.
• Monitoring lead quality, not simply conversion volume or CPL.
• Troubleshooting discrepancies between Google Ads, GA4, call tracking and CRM data.
• Reviewing conversion tracking and helping ensure Google is optimizing toward meaningful business outcomes.
• Managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA), including lead quality, budgets, services, account health and performance.
• Supporting Meta Ads campaigns and continuing to develop your expertise on the platform.
• Documenting optimization work, findings, tests and recommendations.
• Proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team.
