The role is full-time and remote, requiring hands-on experience with keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, and performance analysis to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads depth with account-level management.
• Experience with PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to craft compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM) to drive decisions.
• Solid SEO knowledge and user‑experience awareness.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration.
• Agency experience with multiple client accounts is a plus.
• Google Ads Certification preferred; marketing or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Search book and manage ~17 accounts.
• Manage Local Services Ads across multiple service areas.
• Set up and maintain CallRail tracking and DNI.
• Set up and audit GTM container and conversion tracking across platforms.
• Provide client recommendations beyond dashboards and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with strategy and landing pages.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and policy changes.
