Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) environment.
• Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre and/or Amadeus) and NDC.
• Experience designing complex itineraries and managing global airfares.
• Advanced English, written and verbal; multilingual a plus.
• Ability to multitask and respond to urgent travel needs with speed and accuracy.
• Experience delivering VIP or high-touch concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, global travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Design end-to-end itineraries with dining, experiences, and activities.
• Gather traveller preferences to deliver personalised recommendations.
• Provide informed recommendations to optimise the traveller experience.
• Ensure bookings align with budgets and company policies.
• Deliver premium service across chat, phone, email, and video calls.
• Manage disruptions including rebooking, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on performance and processes.
• Lead group travel engagements and cross-sell ICTS services.
