VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a travel consultant to assist clients with planning and booking tours, hotels, flights, and activities. You will clarify preferences, find best rates, and explain required documents for international travel.

The role requires a college degree in Management or Tourism and 1–2 years in travel services and customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Management or Tourism related course.
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Travel Services.
• At least 1-2 years customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips as requested.
• Find fare and schedule information with consideration of best rates.
• Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions.
• Provide details on required documents, such as passports or visas.
• Assist on the processing of VISAs for international travel.
• Work closely with Travel Agency for ad hoc requirements.
• Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
