• Proven project management in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across the org
• Willing to work in Binan, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and networking to identify passive candidates
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management: postings, screening, interviews, offers
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding
• Collaborate with COE leaders on programs like market-based pay structures
• Create dashboards and reports to measure COE program effectiveness
• Use data to optimize recruiting strategies and pipelines
