You will collaborate with COE leaders, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and strong employer branding across our global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and advanced Excel.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Proven project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and networking to engage passive candidates.
• End-to-end recruitment across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Candidate experience and employer branding responsibilities.
• Collaborate with COE leaders to implement new programs.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure COE efficiency.
• Use metrics to improve recruiting strategies and pipelines.
