Job summary

Vishay Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic sourcing, manage end-to-end recruitment, and act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent. The role is based in Binan, Laguna, with responsibilities spanning data analytics, COE collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or similar role and HR Operations, HRIS, or specialized HR roles (Comp & Ben, Talent Management).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).
• Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches).
• Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and networking to identify passive candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: manage full hiring lifecycle including postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Candidate Experience & Branding: act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
• Implementation of COE Initiatives: roll out programs with COE leaders (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
• Data Analytics & Reporting: create dashboards and reports to measure COE program efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: use metrics to improve recruiting strategies and pipeline efficiency.

• Project Management:Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
• Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
