Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Program Manager to independently lead large, cross-functional business and commercial programs from strategy development through execution and value realization.

You will partner with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, manage risks, and establish governance to ensure delivery against business goals while guiding global teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
• Advanced degree or certifications in program/project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
• Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS) or large matrixed environments preferred.
• Experience leading partnerships, alliances, or external-facing initiatives.
• Experience coaching or mentoring project and program managers.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Partner with senior leaders to define scope, align priorities, and drive outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence decisions.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and controls for visibility and accountability.
• Lead global teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration.
• Translate objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Advise Directors and VPs with insights and executive-ready communications.
