Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a senior PMO leader to establish and run a globally integrated PMO, aligning enterprise priorities with a disciplined portfolio and governance framework. You will partner with Finance, IT, and global delivery centers to drive ERP implementations, process transformation, and AI-enabled improvements.

You will translate strategy into roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver measurable value across large, matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale global or enterprise transformation programs in complex environments.
• Built or led PMO, transformation, or enterprise program governance functions at scale.
• translated strategy into executable roadmaps, governance mechanisms, and value delivery.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complexity to enable decisions.
• Influences across functions and regions without direct authority.
• Delivered ERP or platform-enabled transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a globally integrated Business PMO with governance and reporting.
• Direct large-scale transformation programs across processes, platforms, and operations.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Commercial, and Delivery centers to align priorities and manage risks.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones.
• Collaborate on platform-enabled changes across ERP and AI-enabled workflows.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and decision materials for governance forums.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to sustain capability.
