Job summary

Dexcom Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs spanning strategy to realisation. You will partner with senior leaders across regions to align priorities and deliver outcomes linked to business goals.

You will drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, and guide global teams to execution, translating strategic plans into measurable results and providing executive-ready insights to Directors and VPs.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale programs in multinational or global organizations.
Advanced degree or certifications in program/project management (PMP/Prince2) are preferred.
Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or large matrixed corporate environments; strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex cross-functional programs from strategy development through execution and value realization.
Partner with senior leaders across functions, regions, and levels to define scope, align priorities and drive outcomes.
Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence decisions for successful delivery.
Manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and program controls for visibility and accountability.
Lead diverse global teams and stakeholders without direct authority to deliver against goals.
Translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level stakeholders with executive-ready communications.
