Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Counsel to lead the legal strategy for our global procurement operations. You will partner with procurement and supply chain leadership to protect vendor ecosystems, ensure compliance, and drive scalable contracting practices across regions.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex international supplier agreements; mitigating cross-border risks; and building global playbooks, templates, and automated workflows to speed

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience.
Experience across multiple countries and international frameworks.
Deep understanding of procurement lifecycle and supplier contracts.
Ability to distill complex legal risks into clear business guidance.
Track record negotiating multi-million-dollar deals with global vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex international supplier agreements.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in cross-border sourcing, including trade compliance and data privacy.
Provide high-level legal counsel on disputes, force majeure, terminations, and Renewals.
Design and implement global legal playbooks, templates, and automated workflows.
Ensure supplier contracts align with international labor standards, anti-bribery regulations, and ESG requirements.
Advise executive leadership translating legal risk into actionable business strategy.
