HRTx Inc. in Makati/Taguig is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end strategies covering demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. You will drive cost efficiency, service levels, and scalable operations in a hybrid work setup.

You will manage 3PL partnerships, vendor negotiations, and WMS/OMS implementations while shaping budgets and P&L performance to support rapid e-commerce growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain across demand planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L, and to negotiate with 3PLs and vendors.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with WMS/OMS implementations or integrations and cost optimization.
• Strategic thinker who can drive transformation and scalable operations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies, overseeing budgets, financial performance, demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations to optimize capacity, productivity, service levels, cost efficiency, and scalability in a fast-paced business environment.
• Manage strategic sourcing, 3PL providers, and key vendors, ensuring cost-effective partnerships, strong service performance, and effective contract negotiations.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, including WMS, OMS, automation, system integrations, and operational improvement projects.
• Lead and develop supply chain and operations managers, collaborate with commercial and regional stakeholders, and ensure operational strategies support business growth and customer satisfaction.
