Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Procurement Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations and procurement transformations across diverse sectors. You will lead functional design workshops, manage testing phases, and guide change management efforts while mentoring team members.

Expect collaboration with global stakeholders, adapting to fast-paced environments, and leveraging cloud tools and ERP integrations to deliver cutting-edge procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing S2P solutions in cloud tools and/or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management.
• Hands-on in leading requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design workshops.
• Creating to-be process flows, configuration workbooks, testing strategy, and training documents.
• Leading SIT/UAT/Regression testing phases.
• ERP integration with clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Oversee testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression) and document test scripts.
• Manage project roles and drive internal practice development initiatives.
• Mentor team members and oversee recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on procurement industry trends and best practices.
