Job summary

RemotePass Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Operations Specialist to support and scale our international payroll operations.

You will act as a central contact across payroll, onboarding, and vendor management to ensure fast turnaround times and accurate salary disbursement. The role involves coordinating cross-country payroll with EOR partners, handling discrepancies, and assisting with pre-sales support and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, EOR operations, HR operations, or global workforce management.
• Experience handling multi-country payroll or working with EOR/payroll providers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding coordination, and operational workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, and external vendors.
• Experience with payroll platforms, HRIS, or operational systems is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and EOR partners.
• Review payroll inputs, outputs, statutory contributions, invoices, and payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies, escalations, and employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
