Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Chief of Party to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and program management for a Strategic Investments Support program in Makati. You will supervise assignments under the BPA, aligning plans with objectives and ensuring timely, quality delivery across teams.

The role requires 15+ years of project leadership experience, a master’s degree or equivalent, and strong English proficiency to engage with diverse stakeholders and the prime contractor.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience managing projects similar in size and scope.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in economics, business, finance, public policy and administration, engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency demonstrated through professional experience and qualifications.
• Willingness to serve as a direct employee of the prime contractor.
• Signed Letter of Commitment confirming availability and commitment for the BPA ordering period.
• Ability to meet 95% monthly availability, excluding excused absences.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management and implementation across all BPA assignments.
• Develop program strategies, priorities, and implementation plans aligned with objectives.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, technical specialists, consultants, and service providers.
• Oversee schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality of outputs.
• Coordinate with client, government counterparts, private sector partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure activities meet contractual and reporting obligations.
• Support staffing and mobilization for new assignments; maintain continuity.
• Provide oversight of monitoring, evaluation, learning, and communications.
• Maintain availability and leadership commitment throughout the BPA period.
