Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead a dedicated business unit and drive people strategies that enhance performance and employee experience.

You will partner with business leaders, oversee an HR team, and guide end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, development, and retention while ensuring compliance and strong leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven people management experience with coaching and development.
• Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, benchmarking and rewards decisions.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and data/reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an HR team with focus on performance and engagement.
• Act as primary HR partner to business leaders and align HR strategies with goals.
• Drive talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews and calibration.
• Partner on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Provide guidance on employee relations with compliant, practical solutions.
• Drive culture and engagement to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Support Compensation & Benefits activities, salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs.
• Use HR systems to analyze data, monitor data integrity, and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with local labor laws and governance requirements.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives.
