Job summary

Fujitsu in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HRSS Delivery Lead to oversee Japan HR Shared Services operations from our regional hub. You will ensure high‑quality, compliant service delivery, lead a bilingual team, and build strong relationships with Japan HR stakeholders.

You will manage SOPs, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with governance bodies. Strong Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2) and English fluency are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
7–12 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
Demonstrated experience leading teams within a shared services, GBS, or multinational environment.
JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and service excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japan HR stakeholders, including managers and senior HR leaders.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators; manage workload and capacity planning.
Prepare and present operational updates, dashboards, and leadership reports; monitor key service metrics.
