Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior/Supervisory GCP Data & AI Engineer to lead data and AI initiatives for Gemini Enterprise. You will connect client data across clouds, build AI agents, and deliver analytics and insights to clients.

You will model data, implement RBAC, enable self-service analytics, and provide governance for multi-cloud environments. Collaborate with leadership to ensure scalable, observable solutions using Looker and related tools.

Qualifications

• Senior data-and-AI background with commercial experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience (3–5 years) and data warehousing knowledge.
• Strong SQL and Python programming.
• GCP certification highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience leading delivery and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gemini Enterprise data & AI initiatives.
• Model and connect client data across clouds; build AI agents.
• Enforce RBAC and secure data governance.
• Enable self-service analytics for non-technical users.
• Deliver governed insights via Looker across multi-tenant setups.
