MicroSourcing International (Philippines) seeks a Senior/Supervisory GCP Data & AI Engineer to lead enterprise analytics initiatives. You will design data models, connect sources across clouds, and deliver AI-enabled analytics for clients.

You will apply governance and RBAC, enable self-service analytics through MCP, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive value. This role is remote with day shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead data-and-AI background with strong commercial experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience with 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions and data governance.
• Commercial Gemini/generative-AI exposure an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build Gemini Enterprise capabilities for AI agents and analytics.
• Model and connect client data across clouds using BigQuery and GCS.
• Apply data modelling, schema design, and RBAC.
• Enable self-service analytics via agent creation and MCP knowledge.
• Deliver governed data and insights via Looker with multi-tenant patterns.
