Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data & AI Engineer (Supervisory) for a remote role in the Philippines. You will lead data and AI initiatives, connecting client data to Gemini Enterprise capabilities, and delivering governed insights via Looker.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, GCP skills, and experience with data lakes, RBAC, and cross-cloud data modeling. A leadership mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead data/AI background with strong commercial experience.
• Experience with data warehousing/lakehousing on BigQuery and GCS.

Responsibilities

• Build Gemini Enterprise capabilities connecting client data and AI agents.
• Model client data across clouds and sources with appropriate RBAC.
