Job summary

Capital One Philippines Support Services Corp. is seeking a Levies and Garnishments Senior Coordinator to oversee the intake and processing of legal orders from initiation to filing. The role requires close collaboration with processors and external agencies in a night shift, onsite back-office setting.

Responsibilities include organizing incoming orders, managing the processing mailbox, identifying trends, and driving improvements while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years college level education or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years in a call center or equivalent work environment.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, sort, and prepare incoming legal orders for uploading to the legal module system.
• Monitor and manage the special processing mailbox and related systems.
• Collaborate with Levies & Garnishment Processors to track volume and trends.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve unidentified orders and seek process improvements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
