Job summary

Capital One Philippines Service Corp. is seeking a Principal Coordinator for Bank Operations Levies and Garnishments in Alabang. This onsite role requires night shifts and involves handling legal orders with accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate will self-manage workflow, act as SME on processes, mentor peers, and coordinate team activities while maintaining high quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years college level education or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years experience in a call center environment or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-manage workflow and solve problems to meet daily service levels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on legal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Process bank levies, garnishments and restraints from start to finish.
• Ensure accuracy and uphold high quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow and direct work of others including reporting needs.
