Responsibilities

• Self-manage workflow and problem solve independently to ensure service level agreements are met daily.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on legal processes and procedures, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• Process bank levies, garnishments and restraints (start to finish).
• Ensure accuracy and highest quality assurance standards.
• Coordinates daily workflow of the department and directs work of others including reporting needs.
• Supports processing of outbound checks and responding to escalated mailbox.
• Communicates with managers and associates to drive productivity and engagement.
• Regularly mentors and develops peers.
• Handle other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

The Levies and Garnishments Principal Coordinator ensures flawless processing of legal orders while meeting business service levels through high productivity and quality standards. This role supports the team by resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and providing expert guidance.

Work Set up: O nsite . Back Office. Candidates must be amenable to a night shift schedule.

General Responsibilities

• Self-manage workflow and problem solve independently to ensure service level agreement is met daily
• Serve as a subject matter expert on legal processes and procedures, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• Process bank levies, garnishments and restraints (start to finish)
• Ensure accuracy and highest quality assurance standards
• Coordinates daily workflow of the department and directs work of others including reporting needs
• Supports processing of outbound checks and responding to escalated mailbox
• Communicates with managers and associates to drive associate productivity and engagement
• Regularly mentors and develops peers
• Ability to handle other duties as assigned by management and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

• Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience
• At least two (2) years experience in a call center environment or any equivalent work experience
• At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service or banking experience
• Experience in deposit operations , bank account servicing ,ACH , Tax Levies/ Liens , Paralegal , legal orders, payment operations, account restraints or back office financial services is preferred
• Experience in U.S. banking processes is an advantage
