• Handle complaints and escalations, including third-party contacts.
• Reconcile money movement and mitigate financial losses.
• Perform monthly quality reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in special projects, including tech and automation.
• Support management of operational teams and document processing.
• Drive process improvements for scalability and continuous improvement.
• Review processes to ensure accuracy.
• Support modernization of the bank case management system.
• Take on additional duties in a fast-paced environment.
