Qualifications

• Two years of college-level education or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years in a call center or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise exceptional communication skills and optimize contact with attorneys/agencies, stakeholders and external vendors/banks
• Manage complaints and escalations which may result in contacting third parties as necessary to remediate
• Owns reconciliation of money movement and mitigates financial losses
• Completes monthly quality reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and critical business standards
• Participates in special projects as needed including technology and automation enhancements
• Supports overall management of operational teams and processing of documents as needed to accommodate work volumes
• Drive process optimization by challenging designs for scalability, documenting gaps, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Uphold the review of processes to measure accuracy
• Support the modernization of the bank case management system
• Ability to handle other duties as assigned by management and work in a fast-paced environment
