Job summary

Citco is hiring for a senior fund accounting role based in Manila. You will focus on accounting, analysis, and full cycle processing, maintaining ledgers, and preparing consolidated financial statements for real estate funds and partnerships.

Qualifications include a degree in business or finance, professional designation in progress, and 5+ years of real estate accounting experience. Strong IFRS/Dutch GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Finance
• Designated accountant or pursuing ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
• 5+ years in public/private real estate accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced MS Excel; MS Word/PowerPoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
• Prepare limited partner and general partner allocations.
• Process full cycle accounting and complex bookkeeping entries.
• Interact with management and clients; liaise with auditors and legal counsel.
