Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior fund accounting professional to manage NAV calculations for a portfolio of hedge funds within the Real Assets team. You will supervise supervisors and collaborate with VP across internal SSC and client teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in accounting for financial services, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and strong English communication. Hybrid work is offered with onsite days in Makati/Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in accounting for financial services (Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Hybrid work in Makati or Alabang; onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform NAV calculations and sign-off for hedge fund clients.
• Administer administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements and reports.
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client relations.
• Plan and manage daily workflows and SLA adherence.
• Ensure adherence to best practice policies and client agreements.
• Coordinate year-end processes with audits and regulatory filings.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and staff development.
