Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund administration, providing accounting and asset servicing. The role focuses on maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and performing full cycle accounting for real estate fund clients.

You will review partnership agreements, implement fund structures in accounting systems, and ensure SLA compliance while supporting audits and interacting with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Maintains and controls the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepares financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
• Allocates restricted and general partner interests, as applicable.
• Prepares trial balances and work papers.
• Processes standard and complex bookkeeping entries and full cycle accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial data analysis and monitor client deliverables.
• Interact with management and clients on financial matters.
• Review real estate fund partnership agreements and PPMs.
• Assist in implementing fund structures on accounting systems.
